Beautiful hair is affected by diet so very much. Hair is all protein — granted it is used protein and is not digestible for any protein eaters.  But, it does benefit from having the owner/grower eat protein foods.

It is not necessary to eat the protein in excess to achieve beautiful and healthy hair.  Moderation and adding calcium foods and other high vitamin foods will get you the results you want for your hair and your skin.

Beautiful skin benefits from a good diet of moderation as well.  It is a myth that you cannot eat a brownie without having it make your skin break-out.  That simply is not true.  But, eating Nothing but brownies or eating ALL of the brownies could be a factor in having unhealthy skin and quite a big of unhealthy everything else.

Drinking enough fluids are important to the health and beauty success of your hair and skin.  While water is best and no doubt about it, there doesn’t seem to be any real proof that soda or coffee or dairy products or juices or specialty juice type drinks  will make any difference. The main thing is to get sufficient fluids to maintain healthy body functions.  The items that are not usually recommended may do you wrong in other ways, but they will provide your system with fluid.  If you are going to use soda or fruit drinks or even juices, adverse effects can be lowered by adding ice to the drink to dilute it.  That is less expensive in terms of cash too.

Baby Boomer women can benefit from managing a good diet in the beauty effects for hair and skin, as well as shape.  Exercise and good food go along way toward making our Baby Boomer Beauty BLOOM for us.
